While our Melbourne facility is equipped for large-scale industrial production, we take pride in helping trade and private clients with one-off prototypes, custom builds, and simple cut-to-size jobs. Whether it’s a single machine guard or a thousand CNC-machined components, we apply the same level of precision.
To ensure a “smooth experience from start to finish,” please provide a drawing or sketch with clear dimensions and your preferred material. For CNC machining and laser cutting, we prefer technical files such as .DXF, .DWG, or .STEP. If you aren’t sure which material is right for your “real-world use,” our team can provide a technical recommendation.
To maintain a safe and productive environment, our Cheltenham facility operates as a dedicated manufacturing workshop rather than a retail storefront. We focus on “doing things properly” with a fast turnaround. Standard cut-to-size orders are often ready within 24–48 hours. For complex CNC machining or multi-part fabrications, lead times vary based on the project scope. We will always provide an estimated completion date with your quote.
